About Us
Curl Curl FC is a grass roots community football club based in North Curl Curl, NSW, Australia. We take pride in providing a safe and inclusive environment for players of all skill levels to enjoy the beautiful game. Our club is dedicated to promoting community, teamwork, sportsmanship, and a love for football. See our CORE values on our home page for a better understanding of what we represent.
We have over 1300 players and over 250 registered coaches and team managers. We field over 90 teams in the Manly Warringah Football association's local competition across mixed, men's and ladies/girls only competitions from Under 6 to Over 45's.
We have a strong focus on player development and coach education and monitoring
History
Formed in 1958 as Curl Curl Youth Club, Curl Curl FC celebrated our 60th anniversary in 2018.
The Youth Club initially supported several sports but after discontinuing Netball in 2010, football became the sole focus of the club.
In 2023, the club voted at the AGM to change the name of the club to Curl Curl Football Club. But the Youth Club origins are enshrined in the new constitution with the original name specifically referenced.
