Please see below provisional information for grading 2025. 

About Grading

In line with the MWFA guidelines, CCFC completes individual player grading for all age groups U10 to U18 and W-10 to W-18 where there will be more than one team in the age group. This allows us to place players of similar ability in teams together to assist with their enjoyment and personal development in the game.
We continue to deliver a fair and appropriate grading process utilising a well-established grading methodology and overseen by our most experienced coaches at
the club.

Note:  Only players registered with MWFA for the current season (2025) will be allowed to take part in grading.  If your registration is with a different MWFA club then you must bring provide proof (e.g. copy of email from the Club Registrar confirming registration) to the relevant Age Coordinator prior to the day of the trial.

Note: Players should have their names checked off with the relevant Age Coordinator at the Canteen upon arrival

Please ensure all players wear suitable football attire, including football boots and shin pads, and make sure you bring a water bottle.

Sunday, Feb 9th at Abbott Road, field 5 from 8:00am & 2:30pm

Morning Sessions:

Abbott Road, Field 5:

  • W14 (girls) - 8:00am arrival for 8:15am start. 

  • W15 (girls) - ​ 9:00am arrival for 9:15am start. 

  • W16 (girls) - ​ 9:45am arrival for 10:00am start.

Afternoon Sessions:

Abbott Road, Field 5:

  • U13 (mixed) - 2:30pm arrival for 3:00pm start. 

  • U14 (mixed) - 4:00pm arrival for 4:15pm start.  

  • U15 (mixed) - 5:00pm arrival for 5:15pm start.  Team grading only.

  • U18 (mixed) - start time TBC​

  • W-10 & W-11 (girls) - 8:30am arrival for 9:00am start. 

  • W-12 (girls) - 9:30am arrival for 10:00am start. 

  • W-13 (girls) - 10:30am arrival for 10:45am start.

Abbott Road, Field 5:

  • ​U10 (mixed) - 2:30 pm arrival for 3:00 pm start. 

  • U11 (mixed) - ​3:30 pm arrival for 4:00 pm start.  

  • U12 (mixed) - 4:45 pm arrival for 5:00 pm start.  

  • U18 (mixed) - second session 6pm for 6:15pm start.
