Fees 2024
All fees should be paid on-line at PlayFootball at the time of registration via credit card.
If you need to pay by some other means please contact the treasurer via treasurer@curlcurlfc.com.au to make arrangements. This includes paying by instalments. Once you are fully paid-up, we can issue a voucher to use in the online process for payment. But be aware that due to the nature of the online registration setup, you will not be able to put the registration through without either the credit card payment or the application of a voucher in lieu of payment at that point.
Active Kids Vouchers and "Active and Creative Kids" Vouchers:
If you still have an Active Kids Voucher from late 2023, you can use that until January 31, 2024. The new scheme, Active and Creative Kids, which will be means tested, is only available from February 1st, 2024. Iff you have or are eligible for one of these vouchers, please obtain it prior to registering. During registration, enter the voucher number on the payment screen and make sure you click "Apply" to get the discount.
Discounts:
There are no student discounts.
Family discounts are incorporated into the registration system. Family members need to be on linked accounts (under the same main account) for the discount to be applied.

The second family member registered as a player with Curl Curl will get a $10 discount

The third registered as a player with Curl Curl will get a $30 discount

The fourth registered as a player with Curl Curl will get a $40 discount
The discount is capped to the fourth player (total family discount of $80) and further players are at full price.
Early Bird discount is offered for the first two weeks of registrations being open. There is also an "On-Time" discount. The end date varies based on whether the age group is graded or not. Note: the "On-Time" dates are also the age group cut-off dates for returning players getting preference for spots in teams. See below tables for dates.
Playing Kit:
Club playing kit includes jersey, shorts and socks.

New under 6 players receive all of these items as part of their registration.

Socks, shorts and shirts (for returning players who want new ones) can be purchased. There will be an opportunity to order these via your team manager prior to the start of the season. During season, the canteen stocks these items

Competitions labelled above as "Men's" are actually mixed competitions, so women may register to these if they wish. However, it is very rare to have women playing in these teams, and, as for any new player, they would need to have a team with a space for them. Contact the appropriate Age Coordinator if interested.
Dual Registration for women is $150 extra to play both mixed adult and women's competitions.

De-registration fees
Any processing of de-registrations and refunds are subject to MWFA approval and de-registrations must be initiated by the player in the PlayFootball platform.
Once approved, deregistration or transfer incurs a club administration fee of $25 and if you have received uniform, those costs must be covered too.
MWFA deregistration fees are also incurred as follows:

$32 for preseason deregistration where the player has been submitted to the MWFA on a team player list.

After season start (1st April) regardless of whether the player has played, increased deregistration fees apply including FNSW fees. These range from $47 (U6) to $204 (PL) with most adults incurring $183.
Active Kids Vouchers cannot be refunded. It is likely to be the same for the new Active and Creative Kids Vouchers, but if you transfer to another participating sport, we will endeavour to transfer the voucher to the new sport.
Please be aware that if your withdrawal causes a whole team to collapse, there may be other fines incurred by the club that will be passed on and that the last date for de-registrations is June 23rd. After that date there will be no refund. Please advise the registrar of any de-registrations submitted so that they can be processed in a timely manner.
Requirements
Photos
You will be asked to upload a new photo when you register if you are turning 10 or older. Please ensure that the photo you upload is clear and looks like you.
Proof of Age/ID
Proof of Age and Identity document for an adult should be a form of photo ID - licence or passport.
For a child, provide a birth certificate or a passport.
Where required (see above section on Fees and Requirements by Age Group for guidence), these can be emailed to your Age Coordinator or the club's registrar. See Contacts.
MWFA Form
New players turning 10 or older need to return this form completed to their Age Coordinator or the club's registrar. See Contacts.
